The premiere of BLACC Voices featuring an enlightening conversation with Dr. Brittney Cooper, author of Eloquent Rage: A Black Feminist Discovers Her Superpower and Beyond Respectability: The Intellectual Thought of Race Women; professor of Africana Studies and Women and Gender Studies at Rutgers University; and founder of The Crunk Collective. Dr. Cooper will share her perspective on topics including balancing safe spaces and allyship; respectability politics and authenticity in the workplace, and the impact of intersectionality in intra-group dynamics.
