BLACC Voices: How We Got Here - Reflecting on the Origins of White Supremacy in the U.S.

How We Got Here: Reflecting on the Origins and Progression of White Supremacy in the U.S

In recognition of Juneteenth, our second quarter BLACC Voices session, ‘How We Got Here: Reflecting on the Origins and Progression of White Supremacy in the U.S.’ will be led by long-time publishing industry veteran, Patrice Jones. The session will define and explore the origins of American racism; examine its progression and impact on modern systems; identify anti-racism work to which we can all contribute.  All are invited to attend. Click here to register.

Our speaker recommends pre-reading Ta-Nehisi Coates’ article, 'The Case for Reparations’.
